Are you Ready to be a Monarch? Before you begin your admissions application, please review the following steps below.
Register in the Online Admission and Registration Form and upload your documents (latest report card, birth certificate, recommendation/Good Moral Certificate, 2×2 picture). You may write Not Applicable (NA) for information that is not available or you may fill it out later.
The Registrar will be evaluating your documents. After successful evaluation of your documents, you will receive an email from the PR office on the admission fee details and your virtual interview schedule through Zoom, Google Meet or Skype with our Academic Head.
After successfully passing the interview, PR will email your conditional letter of acceptance. If your final report card/TOR is not available yet, you may proceed with slot reservation. If your final card/TOR is available, you may be processed for enrollment.
For K12 Flex enrollees, you will be asked to accomplish the online assessment form. Accounting will send the official assessment so you can proceed with payment.
For College Flex, Registration will prepare the assessment of your subjects. Once available, PR will email your assessment options so you can pay.
After paying the tuition fee, Accounting will verify payment and issue your official receipt.
